Salacia Farms is a family owned farm that combines the best features of sustainable farming in order to provide fresh, farm to table produce to locals. We are located in Lehi, Utah and use a combination of aquaponics and soil farming to grow the most delicious microgreens and vegetables that you’ve ever tasted

The emerging trend of using Microgreens to create delectable, vibrantly hued, garnishes to salads, sandwiches and soups has become a focus here at Salacia Farms. We’ve worked with experts with more than 20 years of experience to perfect the art of growing these delicious and nutritious baby greens.

We’re also not afraid of getting our hands a little dirty. All of our staff still work with soil crops to create a wider variety of traditional crops for our customers.With the use of polytunnels (or hoop houses) we are able to yield delicious soil crops even in the dead of winter.
